Mango Coconut Pudding
This Mango Coconut Pudding is a creamy and tropical dessert, with layers of mango puree and coconut milk, chilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- 2 mangoes, pureed
- 1 can coconut milk (14 oz)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
